At Virexa Designs, we are committed to delivering professional design and branding services that meet the agreed project requirements. Because our services involve customized creative work, our refund policy is designed to account for work already performed.
Most Virexa Designs services are customized specifically for each client. Once work has started, payments may become non-refundable because time, creative resources, and project work have already been invested.
If a client requests cancellation before any meaningful project work has started, a refund may be considered depending on the circumstances and any applicable payment processing fees.
Once creative work has begun, payments or deposits are generally non-refundable because design time and resources have been committed to the project.
Payments for completed and approved projects are non-refundable.
Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, the project is considered completed.
If a client is not satisfied with a design within the included revision rounds, we will make reasonable revisions according to the original project scope.
Requests that significantly change the original project direction may require additional charges rather than a refund.
Refunds will generally not be provided because of delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, content, feedback, approvals, or project materials.
If a duplicate payment is accidentally processed for the same service, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification, subject to applicable payment processing conditions.
If Virexa Designs is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our reasonable control, we will work with the client to find an appropriate resolution, which may include completing the service, rescheduling the project, or considering a partial or full refund where appropriate.
Fees paid to third-party providers, platforms, software services, stock libraries, payment processors, or other external services may be non-refundable according to their respective policies.
