Each package may include a specified number of revision rounds.
Revisions refer to reasonable modifications to the agreed design direction. A completely new concept or significant change in project direction may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.

Upon receipt of full payment, the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred according to the agreed project terms.
Virexa Designs retains ownership of unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, working files, internal processes, and other materials that were not included in the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing or a separate agreement states otherwise, Virexa Designs may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.
Confidential projects will be handled according to the agreed confidentiality terms.
Some projects may require third-party fonts, stock images, software, plugins, templates, or other licensed assets.
Where applicable, third-party licensing requirements and costs may be separate from our service fees.
Estimated project timelines will be communicated before or during project initiation.
Timelines may change due to project complexity, client feedback, delayed content, revisions, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Project communication may take place through email or other agreed communication channels.
Clients are expected to review and respond to project communications in a timely manner.
A client may request cancellation of a project. Cancellation and any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and the specific project agreement.
Work already completed may not be refundable.
Virexa Designs will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services or website to the extent permitted by applicable law.
